He was a forward observer for Alpha Company First Battalion Fourth Marine Regiment
during the war in Vietnam. His time of service was August 1968 - August 1969.
This site would never have existed without his dedication to his fellow veterans.
His passing on February 16, 2005 left a void that still remains.
Maintaining this site was a labor of love for George.
We hope that by restoring this site we will make him proud.
For those of us that were fortunate enough to know him,
We can truly say he exemplified what it means to hold the title of Marine.
He personified the Marine motto, Semper Fidelis.
To you, George, we give a hand salute and say, "Semper Fi!"
